- CBC Chem 16, Lipids, TSH - $50.00
- PSA - $30.00
- A1C (for known Diabetics) - $30.00
- IMPORTANT:
- Do not eat or drink 12 hours prior to lab tests
- No appointment necessary
- Payment due at the time of the test
- No insurance will be filed
